FPS drop in Dota 2 on Rx480

Hi everyone,
I have gone through a lot of topic int he forum, which has similar case to me but i was not able to fix my problems.
So i am having a rx 480 msi and fx 8350. Whenever i run dota 2 i got 100 fps at first after that whenever combat happen with some AOE skill. FPS will drop to 1x or 3x.
Can anyone show me how to fix it?
Additional info, i am running 3 monitors too.

Make sure your cpu and gpu are staying cool. Otherwise, if they're too hot, they could be thermal throttling making your fps poor

temp always be under 60C. I think i know what's wrong. I change back to R9 270x and fps is stable. I believe the rx 480 does not have enough juice from my PSU so that it perform well. I did order new PSU and let's see what will happen next
