I have a Sony Vaio Laptop. ItS specs are following:

CPU: Core i5 3210m
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT640m
Ram: 8gb

I believe all these specs are enough to play games like Saint Row 3 , Watch Dogs , and also Sniper Elite 3 at some decent fps.
When I play these games the gameplay is smooth for some 5 to 10 mins, but soon the fps drop and the game lags a lot. Pls help and tell me whats going on my laptop . Thanks a lot . Pls Give me a remedy for this issue.

Google a program called HWMonitor. It's easy to use and will record the maximum temperatures. There are lots of different programs you could use but this one is basic and easy to use.

Hardware monitor Intel I/O
Temperature 0 58 degC (136 degF) [0x3A] (GPU)
Clock Speed 0 349.42 MHz [0x15D] (Graphics)

Hardware monitor NVIDIA NVAPI
Temperature 0 47 degC (116 degF) [0x2F] (GPU)
This is idol working data.

Hardware monitor Intel I/O
Temperature 0 66 degC (150 degF) [0x42] (GPU)
Clock Speed 0 349.42 MHz [0x15D] (Graphics)

Hardware monitor NVIDIA NVAPI
Temperature 0 60 degC (140 degF) [0x3C] (GPU)

This is during gaming, Pls help me.
