Fps Drop on Acer nitro 5

So my laptop nitro 5 has i5 8th gen
gtx 1050 4gb Vram
4gb of ram ,and starts to play GTa V and witcher 3 and its very unplayable because of fps drops , i lowered Gta V graphics to minimum but still fps drops. I dont know if its the unit, Needs more ram , or software or graphics card . Hope i can get some ideas or answers here. Thanks .

You need more RAM. 8GB is generally what you should have to play modern games.

The Witcher 3 is a more graphically demanding game than GTA V so expect lower performance. Click link below for some GTX 1050 benchmarks.

But why is fps dropping even at 720p low ? And why is GTA V more unplayable than witcher 3.

So, I recently bought a laptop one week ago and installed some games like GTA V and WITCHER 3. As I was gaming I've had stutter lags which cause my fps to go from 60 to 20 sumthing. Ive had it checked from an acer technician from a concept store and hardware is okay and they format the unit and still the same thing. Still stuttering, i even tried putting it on lowest settings and still same results . Pls help me, this is really bothering me and i wanna play already .
