FPS drop on gaming PC, all games

Hi, I have had my gaming desktop for 2 months now and it has been working perfectly until 2 hours ago when it started having permanent FPS drops. I started playing overwatch and I was getting 14 FPS, same with R6S and other titles. I have run a full anti-virus check and nothing has come up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB Strix Asus
CPU: Intel Core i5 6500 3.2ghz
Ram: 16GB

Can you post a screenshot of task manager? There may be some applications hogging your ram/CPU power.
Also, what did you do BEFORE the fps drops happened?

Thanks for your quick response, i did update Geforce experience seconds before starting Overwatch. I have attached a screenshot of my monitors.

There have been driver updates that have broken the FPS in games, try falling back to the old driver for now.
