You could try turning Window Game Mode off.

Your memory running at rated speed?

All drivers including x570 chipset up to date?

Memory is running at rated speed. i just read about window game mode. will try that tonight. i will double check drivers for the x570 chipset

I have the same issue with the 3900x as well. I've updated and turned off these things and it doesn't help. However as soon as updating the x570 chipset, it started acting super super weird. I'm using the Ryzen High Power Plan, maybe that's why?

My settings are default optimized in the BIOS.
