FPS drop suddenly

Hello. I play alot of fortnite and farming simulator 2017 and my pc can run both games as I have been playing for ages with no FPS drop or any buffers. Suddenly from the last few days my FPS on fortnite has dropped from 110-120 to 60-90. Its unplayable. Now my farming simulator has dropped. Now I did install this update for my gpu but didnt effect my fps. Now it has. Please tell me what my problem is.

Specs.
430W power supply
Radeon 460 4gb gpu
Ryen 5 1500x
B350m Motherboard
16gb ram

install HWmonitor, look at cpu/gpu temps

it could be with this hot weather, your computer is thermal trottling (reduced performance) to keep stuff cool

I use speecy for my temp tracker. CPU is 40 C, Ram, 36 C, GPU 46 C, Storage 30 C
