[SOLVED] FPS Drop to 0 after playing for a while and it continous

i7-3770
1060 3GB
10GB RAM
trying to play at 1080p

Right now i really like playing Miles Morales, i see the Game's Requirement, ah okay my PC can handle it, at least the minimum is okay

it's okay for a start, got 30 - 50 FPS depend on location and enviroment

But suddenly, it become laggy, very laggy, even just to drag mouse, FPS drop to 0 - 10 FPS, it continous, unless i close the game and play again, it's normal again, but after a while it happen again

i've check all my Hardware, no overheating, it's clean,
GPU: 83 Max
CPU: Barerly touch 80

i've tried many games, RDR2 for example, it smooth on mix settings, some Low, Medium & High,
RDR2 gave stable FPS

it happen with my BF2042 too! on 720p!!!
when the battlefield already chaos, the game fps randomly drop to 0 like Miles Morales,

What's wrong with my PC?

SSD: 208GB free of 475GB
RAM Usage when i check it in game: around 8GB

I never ever open any background apps, i close it all before playing game because i realize it will slowing my PC

It Solved!
But only for Miles Morales,

if anyone read this, and have same PC spec like mine,

• Turn Off Upscale Method
• Turn Off Dynamic Resolution Scaling
• Turn Off Nvidia Reflex Low Latency

I had no idea, but it gave me more FPS and stable FPS than they're Turn On
unless when Miles walk on the road, the FPS kinda drop because the enviroment,

but at least it now stable and gave more FPS
