Question FPS Drop While Gaming

hey guys, i'm new to the forum!
i'm having some fps drop while gaming

it doesn`t metter if its in low graphics or high. for example, playing destiny 2 in high specs, sometimes in the battle the fps lock in 60, and then sunddenly drops to 25 or something like it. It happens when paying in low specs too.
It happens in almost every game with some nice graphics.

I had this problem too with my emulator gaming like PUBG MOBILE. How can i fix it.

please help me!

Western Digital 2TB Blue Desktop HDD

Looked with MSI afterburner if all parts (cpu/gpu/ram) get fully utilized? Try this and see if it is not just the limits of the pc.Or try a game that is easy going on the pc.

Fps still drop When i'm playing pubg mobile in emulator.

What i suggested wil not help with drops,but might be able to pinpoint what is responsible for the drops.
