FPS Drop while playing Rainbow 6

i have GTX 970 installed recently and the game looks good, but while im in the game the FPS will drop from 70 or 107 to 20 and sometimes to 7. my processor is amd fx(tm) 4100 quad core processor and i have 8 GB ram windows 7, can someone please tell me why the FPS DROP

That CPU could be causing some problems... Upgrade to an intel CPU and performance should be nice.
