Question FPS Drop

My spec:

I3-3220
GTX 960
2x4gb ddr3 ram
Windows 10 64 bit
Drivers up to date

I did some testing from the following games: League of Legends, CS:GO, Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice.

I was able to get above 100fps for both LOL and CS:GO on highest setting, while average 55 for Sekiro.

Not sure since when, I am only able to get around 70 fps and drop to 40 fps constantly for LOL and CS:GO, while 30-50 fps for Sekiro.

Is there anything wrong with my pc?

I don't think so, I bought a new laptop months ago so haven't been really using this pc.
