Question FPS dropping 1-9 every 5 seconds in every game?

This started yesterday and it's an issue in every game I have, including LoL, Paladins, Sims 4, Smite, and more. It isn't an issue when browsing or video-editing, but only when gaming. I haven't downloaded anything within this week and ended all background tasks but still have the issue. My FPS is usually around 180 but now it randomly decided to drop hard guaranteed every 5 seconds, even in the lowest settings. I have all anti-virus programs disabled and scanned all malwares. Does anyone know a fix?

This ONLY happens when I'm gaming. I have all background tasks removed, lowest settings, drivers updated, and scanned out malwares. As soon as I plug it in my FPS drops to 1-9 every 5 seconds, so right now I can only wait until my battery is full to play which is getting annoying. The issue isn't with my charger itself since I tried a different charger but still have the issue. Does anyone know a fix?
