FPS Dropping in cs:go please help <3

CS:GO is FPS dropping for me in every game I tried every solution in every forum and none of them solved the fps drop it happens in the main menu when u go to the inventory and in death matches and comps,

What was the solutions that didn't help:
Updating everything; graphics card driver, headset driver, nvidia experience
Unparking the CPU and killing steamwephelper.exe
Disabling the steam overlay in game
Setting launch options: -novid -high -nojoy -threads 8 -nod3d9ex
Every graphical setting in-game is set to low with 4:3 res
Enabling the vertical sync and disabling it
Nothing running in the background at all

the fps dropping occurs randomly in the game and sometimes in headshots, I get a solid 300 fps in the game and suddenly I get a 1 second freeze and sometimes up to 5 seconds, I have this issue only on cs:go


my specs:
Intel Core i7 4790 Quad-Core 3.6GHz
8 GB RAM
GTX 980
Motherboard: ASUS Z97I-PLUS

please if anyone know any other solution or having the same problem please help me out

if your desktop changes background while you play it can lag it (that was a fix for me atleast)

I don't have a changing background, nothing running at the background at all, just the anti-virus

I have same problem as you - im playing with same settings and launch options, i just have a stutter and kind of lags when i play - all time, im playing with 250-300 as you and im lagging like shit.. looking for an solution

try and have your joblist running in the background then we can see if it is anything i know about and it could give more info to the next helper who comes

I used the Launch option " threads 4 " instead of 8 and its not freezing in-game anymore, but I get freeze when I press ESC in-game and still in the main menu(going to inventory), if anyone knows how to fix that freeze please share with us <3

i got that one my self and dont know how to fix
