Hi guys. This is my first thread here 
. around 6 months ago i got a new gpu, it is a strix gtx 950 for my pc, for the first 2 months i was the happiest man on earth with it; great fps on high setting etc. After some time i noticed the fps kept gradually dropping on all games. For example csgo on medium setting i used to get around 170 fps and as months went by it kept decreasing to 160,150 etc until its around 80 fps average. I found out that it could be caused by my cpu bottlenecking it (amd fx 4100) however it used to run way better before on the same cpu. Ive been trying for months. cleaning case, heatsink , applying thermal paste, defragmenting, Factory settings, new drivers etc, etc. At this point im going to have a mental breakdown as my pc is slowly dying. I woule appreciate all help thanks
