Question fps dropping/stuttering

I practically got a whole new pc i replaced the psu, gpu, cpu, motherboard, the only things I didn't replace are ram and hdd but I was playing call of duty and my frames seem to go from 230 to 180 or less for less than a second but its annoying and I hoping some one will know what the problem can be

Pc specs
Msi x470 max motherboard
Ryzen 5 3600
Rx 5700 xt
Corsair vengeance lpx 2400mhz(I know it bad I just didn't have money to get better ones)
1tb hdd (thats 2 years old might be the problem here)

Its the 650w psu not 550 but thats the model

does it drop all the time?
latest bios?
did you do a fresh os install?

it happens occasionally whenever i move fast left to right in it drops sometimes and i have the latest bios and i reinstalled my os

Did you install the latest motherboard drivers? Also, as you already know, that ram is killing your Ryzen, you need DDR4 3600 asap.

Can you send me the latest drivers for gpu and for my motherboard i think i have the up to date one but just want to make sure

Was it faulty or was it the speed? I have 3000 mhz ram which I though would be enough

Do you have xmp on for ram in bios?

I'm not really sure I would try getting 3600 mhz and see if that fixes it if not just return it
