Hello, so recently my old monitor broke, so I had to buy a new one. When I tried to play games with it there is a significant fps drop. CSGO that was constantly around 100 fps now doesn't even hit 60. Borderlands 2 get a stable 60fps (because I enabled vsync) at any area now can't even reach 60 in the main menu. Any help?

Hello , I have a GTX 750ti 2gb and it spikes in games like CSGO. The frame rate goes from 100 to 30 like every 2 seconds. I checked task manager to see the gpu usage and it went from 10% to 90% to 10 % again just like the frame rate. Any help?
P.s I also just got a new monitor if that has to do with anything

p.s also I just try to clean my gpu a while ago but turned out it's still in a good condition so I put it back together.
