Hey guys , so i try overclock my gpu rx 470 in msi afterburner and run some stress tess and it fine but when i run the witcher 3 in high settings the fps was 60 and drop to 50-55 and freeze for a second every 10 sec ,Before i was play like 60 hour in it and have no issue .The same thing happend to all my games and it was unplayable. I change the settings to stock and the stutter is still there. I have reinstall windows likes 3 times and uninstall amd drivers by ddu and try many diffrent version of drivers but nothing works. Please help I having this problem for like 3 weeks I just want some fps . Sorry for my bad english
