Question FPS drops after updating bios

About a week ago i updated my bios to the latest version and noticed low fps and fps drops . The next day i reverted to the stable bios but the fps drops are still there. Since then i have benchmarked and stress tested my pc several times but no errors are found. I have fresh installed windows and the game but still no luck.

I only use one ram stick , i tried dual channel with my friends ram ( same model) but the fps drops were still there .

Do you have this chipset file version installed for windows 1903-->[19.10.16]<---? How much is the cpu, if at all, gpu overclocked?

I have tried every driver from latest to 387 , fps drops still there .

Cpu is oc at 3.8 and gpu at 1911mhz core and 4k memory clock . i have stress tested both and temps do not exceed 65.

Yes i updated the chipset drivers too .

Have you been able to fix this, if so, how did you fix it? I have the same issue since today, 14 o'clock
