Question FPS drops after using computer for 3-4 hours ?

Hello, everything is working fine when I first turn on my computer but after playing a game for 2-3 hours or sometimes 3-5 hours it starts dropping lots of fps when I do a lot of clicks or when I move the mouse fast I checked to see if anything is running in backround and there isn't and all the usage is low I did a stress test and temps were great.

To get the fps back to normal and run smoothly I need to shut down or restart the computer but then again after 2-5 hours fps drops. It's been happening everyday for past 10 days.
I've owned this computer for 6 years and never had any problems. I also re applied thermal paste 6 months ago. If anyone could help I would be very happy. thank you

You may be a victim of Windows' standby memory clogging up. Try installing ISLC Tool (made by the same guy who made DDU) and run it and hit "Start" button (it should automatically clear the standby memory when the list is 1gb and memory is lower than 1gb by default)

yes I did still dropping frames after computer is on for some time i need to restart computer to get high fps again
