A while back I got this computer from Cyber Power because I got a good deal but I really regret it now and should of built it myself.

PSU: EVGA 600W
CPU: FX 9590
Memory: 8GB RAM
Storage: 1TB Hard Drive
GPU: GTX 760
OS: Windows 10
The PC I have now originally came with a GTX 960 and I used that instead of my 760. I had that GTX 960 and I managed to get my hands on another GTX 960 for free. I tried to SLI just for the hell of it because I've always wanted to SLI. The SLI didnt work out too well because my PC would freeze up completely when playing games. I got rid of the second card and ever since then I get fps drops that coincide with CPU usage drops. I've completely uninstalled graphics card drivers and switched out GPU's and no matter what GPU I have in, I still get CPU usage drops. My temps should be fine as my CPU and GPU temps never go past 70C no matter the graphics card. It doesnt matter what game I play because my CPU usage drops no matter what the game is. I would really appreciate any help and I will provide anymore information if needed.
