Question FPS drops and PC crashing

My PC is fine until i play something then suddenly it'l start to make a really loud fan noise and my screen will go black i think it's cooling but i have 3 fans, but no case cover because it broke

Specs:
GTX 1070
INTEL core i5
16gb RAM
MSI z270

Had this exact same problem with all games after a few moments. turned out to be a faulty PSU.

EDIT: The PSU was purchased brand new from a less than reputable store that claimed i needed a higher watt psu. Don't let them scam you. After 2 weeks they agreed to replace it. No problems since
