[SOLVED] FPS drops and stutter in new computer build

Hey guys here at my pc specs

CPU:Ryzen 3 3200g
Motherboard:Msi Pro b450m prom2 max
SD/HDD:512 gb ssd 1tb hdd
GPU:gtx1650
PSU:430 w thermalake
OS: windows 10
RAM:16 gb ddr4 1x8gb 3000mz +1x8gb 24000mz
I have a problem with FPS and stutter I realized the my gpu usage is only in the 40-50s and cpu gets in the high 90s it’s a new build just it last week at this point I don’t know what to do I’m not a expert so your help would really mean a lot .

I’m pretty Sure that bios version was 6/10/2020 and I haven’t see temp higher Than 72 and I only saw that once and I play fortnite and warzone my other games are fine because there not as demanding

This is my first thought to. Also you do need to manage expectations of what a 4 thread cpu can achieve. What games are you running?

I have problems on warzone and fortnite

I don’t play fortnite but Warzone can use up to 12 threads and is very cpu intensive. Don’t expect too much from your cpu in this game. You are loosing performance due to your slow RAM but don’t expect too much from upgrading it.

I get it but the performance I’m getting right now is no where near what I’m supposed to get
