[SOLVED] FPS drops and stutters in Minecraft

So, I recently been playing on Badlion Client and I got massive fps drops (from 600 FPS to 22) and alot of stutters, so, can anyone tell me how to fix the problem?
My PC specs:
GTX 650 TI
i7-4770K
16GB RAM 3200 MHz
SSD 480GB

Ok follow step by step very carefully.First of all download your graphics driver from here===> https://www.geforce.com/drivers choose carefully your exact model.After download completes save the file (Dont run it yet) somewhere you will remember.Then,you should use this tool ==>https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html its a program called 'display driver unistaller' or 'ddu' and its a program that completely unistalls your graphics drivers.So first step download it and if its in a zip form just unzip it somewhere u will remember.2nd step u have to safe boot into windows and use this program,do not use it in normal boot.3rd step,while you are in safe boot find the ddu program and run it,then select your graphic's driver which in this case is nvidia and click on 'clean and restart' button.When this progress will be completed automaticaly ur system will reboot in normal mode again and then the only thing you have to do is just install the gpu driver again,which is the downladed file from nvidia,just run it now and then in this installation progress select advanced installation and tick the 'clean installation' and continue till it finish.This should do it
