FPS Drops in All Games - SOLVED, MSI AFTERBURNER IS THE CAUSE

Hello all,

I have been recently getting random FPS drops whenever playing games. Doesn't matter which one, it always happens.

Here is a video of my playing Robocraft, a relatively unintensive game. I get FPS drops twice in the video.

My Setup
CPU: AMD FX8350 4Ghz
GPU: 2x Radeon R9 280X
RAM: G.Skill 16GB
Power supply: Super flower 1000F14MP 1000w
Windows 7 Professional

What I've done:
Malware Removal
Unpackaged Cores
Disable/Enable Crossfire
Old/New/Beta Drivers
Optimising for performance
Antivirus in game mode
Cleaned inside

Any idea what it might be :/?

I've never changed any of that settings, the PC was built by someone else.

Try disabling Crossfire as well as updating your GPU drivers from www.amd.com

There were new drivers that I didn't have bit they haven't fixed the problem. Already tried disabling Crossfire.

Well since you have the hardware, you may as well try to optimize especially when you are having performance issues. I'm here to help, but you have to give me feedback so I can walk you through it. Try the steps in the guide and let me know.

If I've understood everything correctly, these are the settings I should have?

For this last one, you guide says CPU-NB Voltage to be +0.05 or +0.1. My one is called NB Voltage which has the the option of 1.145 or 1.16. Are these the same?

Timings looks OK, though you may need to adjust tRC 40 and tRRD 7

NB Voltage is 1.10V default, so you can try 1.15V or 1.20V. There should be two separate voltages for tuning, but for that board looks like AsRock has only one.

Let us know how those changes work.

It was MSI Afterbuner....

I turn that crap off and Riva and everything is completely fine.
