Question fps drops in cs go after driver update

guys im having major fps drop in cs go after updating to 436.15 drivers.
before that i had 436.02 and no fps drop or anything like that. i have also used ddu in safe mode to remove drivers and installed 436.02 again but it still lagging. i dont have any issue in other games. how do i fix this?

Try to ROLLBACK the GPU drivers to some other older version, as far as you can go. What are your FULL PC specs ? How do other games perform after the driver update, apart from CSGO ??

i did mention that other games run very well no issue. and i also have rolled back to driver that was working properly with cs go but its not like it was running before
specs: i5 8400
gtx 1660ti
8GB ram 2666 single channel(planning to get 2x8 3200)
