Question FPS drops in every game for 5 seconds (RX580 8GB)

So I changed my gpu few days ago from 7870 to RX580 and I keep getting fps drops in every game even CS:GO. My CPU is ryzen 1500x and i have 16gb of RAM so I dont see any issue with that. I must say these are very special frame drops because they happen only once about 10-15 minutes after the game is running. I was monitoring my cpu and gpu usage also temperatures nothing seemed strange to me about 50% of cpu usage in Fortnite, same for gpu. I really want to get rid of this drops because pvp is unplayable especially when this happens in a fight.

Have you used DDU to uninstall previous drivers? Also make sure power settings in windows are set to performance.

i used DDU and now im trying these power settings if they help

Thermal throttling on your cpu or gpu can also cause framedrops. If your case has limited airflow or other factors are contributing to higher heat, it can cause thermal throttling. If your gpu has a turbo setting in AMD wattman, try setting it to balanced. What are your cpu and gpu temps under load? Are you running an overclock on either?

and with my old graphics card I never had these kind of fps drops ... maybe the card is broken or something I dont know
