Question fps drops in every game help

so i get fps drops in every game. for example i capped my fps in nvidia control panel at 139 for every game and my fps drop while playing to 135fps and its very noticeable. but the fps drop in scenarios where nothing special happens. in gunfights the fps dont drop but if i pick up some things i get stutters and/or fps drops. can i fix it somehow.

Is the GPU overcloked? Are you running the ram in XMP/DOCP?

Normal to have FPS drops.
Most people would not even call from 139 to 135 dropping.

but it feels like iam dropping from 139 fps to 60 and then back or it feels like stutter

There is no way you're noticing a drop from 139 to 135fps! Just no way!

Do you have G-Snyc enabled?
