I've been experiencing fps drops in every single game I play (CS:GO goes to 30 fps when max_fps is 300, like wtf?) I have tried reinstalling my graphics card drivers, running malwarebytes which detected nothing wrong with my PC, setting up different options in Nvidia control panel and nothing works. I'm so lost with this sh*t at this point. Could be usefull to add that my PC has been lagging a lot and it's very loud?
Specs:
OS - Windows 10
MOBO - MSI 7A72
CPU - I7-7700k
GPU - 1050Ti (I know CPU is an overkill for this GPU)
RAM - 16GB
