Games I play : Rocket League , Dota 2 , Counter-Strike Global offensive,Skyrim,Witcher 2.I get 150+ Fps in these games.
So , suddenly my game starts lagging and sound lags too and when I am steamchatting with some one , I can hear what they said like twice and afterwards my PC is lagging too. I searched everywhere for the solution , didn't help.
There were some parked cores and I unparked them. I scanned my pc for viruses and Gpu temperature is normal ingame too. I bought this PC 3 years ago and I haven't had this problem before.

Processor- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7- 3820 CPU @ 3.60 Ghz
Ram - 16 GB
System type - 64 bit
GPU - Geforce GTX 650Ti
OS - Win 7 Ultimate
