Question FPS drops in-game !

I've been trying anything to fix the fps drops but I can't so can somebody give me an advice?!
I have capped the fps to 120 so it seems stable but it randomly drops to 59-80 can it be the pc problem and also I have a lot of disk space My pc: 1650 SUPER, AMD 5 2600, 16GB 3000hz

ssd or hdd?
cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
1 stick or 2 stick of ram? dual or single channel? got it running at 3000?

I got game installed on SSD free a lot of space.
CPU temp 55 to 65 playing the game GPU 54 to 60+
I got 2 sticks of ram dual channel and got it running at 3000mhz
