FPS Drops in games

Hello everyone, I've got a problem that annoys me very much, and I've been trying to solve this problem for couple of months! My problem: when I play games (H1Z1, CSGO, Dead By Daylight, GTA V), everything runs smoothly for couple of minutes, then my fps drops from 80-100 to 30-10, and this happens every 1-2 minutes. I pretty much tried every solution out in the internet and nothing helped, please, help me!

My Gaming Laptop is called Acer Aspire V 15 Nitro.
Specs:
Geforce Gtx 860m
Intel core i5-4210H
6GB RAM
Windows 10

Sounds like thermal throttling. Do you use the laptop on a flat, solid surface such as a table? Make sure all the vents have plenty of room to breathe.

Oh yes! That could be the solution!!! I remember when i used a cooler and it was helping, then i removed it, gonna try it out now!

Any surface that will not block the vents (Table, Tray, Wooden flooring). You can also buy tray's with fans built in that are designed to aid the laptop in getting more air (see link attached)
