Question Fps drops in mid-end computer while tried many things!

hi
first of all i tried many things and still have fps drops in csgo and some times lags
i put all of configures to LOW
i used many videos to boost fps and commands but still have the problem
my fps goes from 600 to 190 in csgo
my pc:
i7 8700i
geil 16gb ddr4
z370 plus gaming
1080 gaming x
ssd hard
benq 2546 240h
have cooler and power(750w)

my cpu using all of its speed 4.6
and my ram use it all to 2400
