Question FPS DROPS IN NEW GRAPHICS CARD

FPS DROPS IN NEW GRAPHICS CARD IS THIS NORMAL??

I returned my RX5700XT and changed it for a RTX2060S because of FPS drops that kept happening though I tried it on another computer

And now this RTX 2060S is also causing FPS issues

I tried:

Changing PSU, Replacing RAM, changing Motherboard, reinstalled windows, changed NVME and just nothing helped me??

I get microstutter in valorant & csgo, and massive drops in big games.

Include your Full PC specs please. Model number/manufacturer of your PSU ?

It mostly happens at the start of the games and goes less more I play.

But it's annoying on a light game like valorant or csgo

Have you monitored the GPU and CPU TEMP value during gaming ? Any signs of overheating ? Screen resolution and refresh rate of your Monitor ? Playing on 1080p, 2K or 4K ?

Stuttering can be caused by a lot of things including your connection to the game server.

In what you call massive drops in big games, lower your in game settings to low and see if you still have the massive drops.
If yes then that points to a CPU limit if not then your trying to run the graphics higher than the video card can keep up with.

I play csgo at 1280x960 @LoW I get 500-600 fps but it stutters a lot, i tried limiting and my gpu usage is around 60, cpu is around 40 or less
