Question Fps drops in Open World Games

I don't know why, but my fps drops drastically in almost every open world games when i'm moving mouse.
It doesn't happens in every games, but most of them.
Games like Fortnite, Gta V, Naruto Storm 4, Grid Autosport etc work perfectly fine on Ultra without any Fps drop, i can even run the newest game Far Cry New Dawn on medium perfectly. (On High the fps drops too)

But games like Watch Dogs 2, Call of Duty Black Ops 3, Just Cause 3, Need for Speed Payback the fps drops everytime that i move my mouse or when i'm running with my Character.

My pc is not New, but is capable to run all those games without problems..

CPU- Fx 6300 3.6ghz
GPU- Gtx 680 OC 2gb Vram
PSU- Corsair Cx 430w
RAM- 2x4gb DDR3 (One is 1333mhz the other i don't Know, must be too)
MB- ASUS m5a78l-m lx/br
HDD- 1TB 5400Rpm (With all my games)
HDD- 250gb 7200RPM HD (Windows + Watch Dogs 2)

I went to look up the requirements for the game and saw that your parts only meet the minimum requirements. I just saw the setting you're running the game on try it on lower settings.

But my Gpu can handle this game on low around 48 fps, so there is no reason for the fps drop. It doesn't happens in this game only, but others like watch dogs 1. I run Watch dogs 1 at 80 fps, but the fps still drops to 20 when i'm moving mouse. Watch Dogs 1 recommends a Gtx 560ti, my 680 is 110% better than this. So I don't think the Fps drop is caused by Gpu.
