Fps Drops minecraft

When i play normal minecraft i dont lagg i get 200 fps but when i play a Mod pack my fps drops from 200 to 100 evry 3 seconds making me lagg evry 3 seconds here a prnt screen of me ingame i think it has something to do with the allocated memory / used memory http://gyazo.com/dbc803f2be078313b94689099ef63ed7 ( allocated / used memory top right)
my pc is a alienware aurora. And my cpu ussage goes from 10 to 40 % evry few seconds
ps: when playing games like csgo or League of legends i get 200-300 fps consistently

You should not be seeing any lag what so ever at 100 FPS not even at 60 FPS except if you have a high HZ Monitor
