Fps drops near explosions and stuttering

My PC is fairly new.I have a 1050 ti R51600 550 wat psu 8G ram.In Tom Clancy's The Division whenever there is an explosion my fps from 60 to 43-49.And in CSGO whenever i get into a match i have very frequent stutters.I believe my psu is too weak.

Your PSU is strong enough for your video card. What is your resolution and settings? You may be pushing 1050Ti a bit too much, lower settings a bit.
