FPS drops need help

I have a ASUS ROG GL702VM for about over a year now. I had no problem with fps on any game till now. I would be around 70-110 then drops to 30 for a second. I have tried everything with tweaking the Nvidia settings to messing with GeForce Experience and MSI Afterburner. I honestly have no other solution to this. My monitor is 75hz and my settings are set to that. Still fps drops. I also clean the fans inside and out to make sure there is no dust. Still doesn’t work correctly like it use to. Started few days ago. It’s A I7-6700HQ/NV GTX 1060 6GB. Do I need to replace something inside? What else should I try. I even tried in game settings to the lowest of all and still avg 70-140 drops to 30 min. NEED HELP

I know you've said that you made sure its clean but try to monitor your temps under load using something like msi afterburner and see what it says.
