I'm having FPS drops when I look into some trees in a distance with high preset settings
it drops from 50 to around 25 fps.

PC Specs:

Ryzen 5 2600
RX 5700 XT
1X8 Kingston HyperX 2400 mhz
SeaSonic S12II 520w PSU
ACE LED TV 720p 24" (Soon to upgrade to a 144hz monitor)

Is it the RAM bottlenecking my pc?

Solution
Ryzen needs fast ram to perform well.
Also, assasins creed titles perform particularly poor with reduce memory bandwidth.

Its a double whammy.

I would buy a proper 3200mhz 2x4 or 2x8gb kit.
I would buy a 3200mhz ram but my mobo only supports those speeds when overclocking. (it s an A320 PRO VH PLUS btw)
I was going for 2667mhz of if that is ok with my ryzen.

and also, does having lower RAM with a RAM speed hungry CPU results to this kind of problem?
because I had this kind of issue as well when I look into the houses from a distance on Metro Exodus.

If you turn on xmp the 3200 ram will work at 3200. Its not really overclocking.
You really want 2 sticks onf 3000mhz or more ram for ryzen.

Yes lower speed ram will slow your cpu performance. With Ryzen, slower ram will reduce the performance of the die to die connection within your processor.

I searched some RAMs that I can afford
Team Elite Vulcan TUF 16gb 2x8 3200mhz DDR4 memory came out

some guy said;
"For buyers out there, let it be known that this is a base 2400mhz (overclockable to 3200mhz). It is what it is with Ram marketing, what they say as 3200mhz is actually the largest overclockable possibility.(Similar to 2666mhz which has a base clock of 2133mhz as an example). As of this writing, with my Ryzen 2600 and B450M Mortar motherboard, the highest stable frequency I got is 2933mhz.

I'm still researching more about the timings and latencies to get the right overclock mix but for new buyers out there, I would say to know your stuff before buying this item and to place expectations on the level as this is an item that can be listed as "you got what you pay for" thing. Heatspreaders are obviously cheap, made with cheap aluminum, the sort that you can tell you can buy that with your local aluminum and glass makers. Overall, the kit is good (not great). For buyers, research thoroughly how to overclock this ram. (Ram overclocking I found, is more complicated than CPU overclocking) " in regards to the ram mention above.

other than that I've searched some more
