fps drops overnight!

Hello, i have a asus x550ln laptop with a Intel Core i5 processor. last night i was playing lol with fps 60+ but when i woke up the other day my fps went from 7 to around 50 up and down all the time. i have no idea what to do pls helpm me.

Did your computer install any updates before you turned it off? If so, uninstall them and see if the performance improves. You might have accidentally increased the games graphical setting, some how or another. Just turn them down and see if the performance improves as well.
