[SOLVED] Fps drops since i installed new GPU

I got a new 1080TI back in november and ive had frame drops ever since. My temps are 35C idle and 60C while gaming. I would be running at like 144hz frames pretty consistenly but then my frames drop down to 0-10 fps for 5 seconds like my game basically freezes and then it goes back to normal, changing settings in game havent done anything.

Specs:
i7-8700k
aurous 1080ti 11gb
16 gb ram
corsair 750w PSU

Did you uninstall drivers with ddu IN safe mode? And then reinstall newest drivers?

ddu?? Im not to familiar with these terms, but i havent tried reinstalling any drivers for anything. I do have the newest drivers.

It's a display driver removal tool. Works best in safe mode. Just Google it. Recommendedvwhen changing gpus
