Ever since i upgraded my cpu and cooler,
old cpu and cooler was amd phenom ii x4 965 3.4ghz with CM Hyper 212 evo cooler, new is fx 8350 4.0ghz and h80i,
And now I am getting fps drops that seems like throttling but im not sure because my cpu and gpu temps seem normal, my case is the CM Elite 430 (its pretty small)
but basically i can play games at 60fps before but now they still run at 60fps but will drop down to 20s and 30s for some reason, like in dota 2 which my pc should be able to run just fine.
Made a thread here before and on some other sites, but i cant seem to see what is the problem and what i need to fix.
Can someone link me to a logging program to figure out which part is faulty ?

also motherboard is ASRock 970 Extreme4 AM3+ nd i have 8gb 1600 ram

Solution
You should turn off turbo core and downclock to about 3.8GHz and lower your vcore about 1 or 2 notches. That might stop the throttling. The only other option is to buy a different motherboard such as the GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P. If you can find one. It's sold out everywhere.

Yes, i've heard this before, but how can i fix it?
heres a pic of the inside of my pc,

The mosfets dont have much space, what should i do? get a new case? or ?
and will it cause permanent damage? should i avoid gaming
