fps drops to 0 in cod ww2

i have a gtx970
fx 6300
8gb ram
i play cod ww2 on high to low setting have looked for many sollutions on you tube ect but cant find a fix. i run the game fine for 7 to 8 seconds at a time then my screen bassicly freezes because fps drops as low as 3,2,0 ect can anyone help . much appretiated

check the cpu/gpu temp during the game?
