My fps is stable and everything(70 - 80fps on rust) when I quickly look left or right my fps drops till 2 or 4, when I walk outside in the game it's also stuttering, but the weird thing here is, is it's only when I log on the first time as if my fps isn't warmed up, the longer I play the beter the stuttering/drops get?? Is this a issue or what? I am searching now for months and nothing worked, everyone says it's drivers and stuff like that but it isn't. Graphics quality is set to it's lowest and still get this fps drops and when I set it to high quality I still get the same fps as low (70-80) but with fps drops,
So to recap, my fps on high quality= 70-80fps(with stuttering)
My fps on lowest quality =70-80fps(with stuttering)
And as if my fps needs to warm up
