FPS Drops when NOT moving the mouse.
I have this weird problem in CS:GO. My FPS drops to 69-70 stable when I am NOT moving my mouse. Graphics settings seem to have no impact on this and everything runs fine when I move my mouse. Does anybody know why this happens?
My PC parts are:
- ASUS B450M-A/CSM -2x Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR4 RAM 2666 - AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Processor - MSI Radeon RX 580 8GB Graphics Card - ADATA SU800 128GB SSD - Seagate BarraCuda 1TB Hard Drive
Things I tried:
-Disable Raedon Chill -Changing CS:GO Beta -Changing Power Plan -Switching features in AMD software

I wonder if something happened that it didn't actually turn off?

  1. Just try restarting your computer (not shut down). and test again. See if it acts as expected.
  2. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.
The Raedon Chill was already turned off so it wasn't from that...and I don't think that it was from the drivers because this happened today and the last driver update I had was 4 months ago.
