FPS drops while streaming

So I just bought a GTX 1080 Founders Edition and replaced it with my R9 390. Ever since then whenever I try to stream I drop frames. My FPS will go from around 70 all the way to 40-50 and sometimes even 15 if bad. I changed no settings and it still happened. So I started tweaking a lot of settings and still no luck. Any ideas? (I am using OBS)

  16 GB DDR4
  Z170 PRO4 MOBO

Weird I also use OBS your specs is allot better then mine you shouldn't be losing fps make sure OBS is updated to new version and check out your settings on OBS don't try to stream high end quality knowing your specs may struggle

Just found out it has a built in tool for finding out what settings you should stream with, attempting to use this and it wants my bitrate to be 6000? Holy Moly. I'm gonna try streaming with it we will see what happens.
