Fps Drops with decent specs

I have fps drop issues where i can play games such as gta 5, BF1 or pubg at 60+ fps however frequently the fps drops to 6-20 fps during the game, i watch online videos of people playing with the same specs as me a solid 60 throughout the game.
My specs are:
MOBO: Asrock z170 Extreme4
CPU: Intel i7 6700k 4.0GHz (Noctura D14 cooling)
GPU: MSI Gaming X gtx 1070
RAM: 8gb 2133MHz
HDD: 1TB WD Blue
PSU: 600w Corsair
OS: Win 10 pro 64bit
and i play 1080p
If anyone has any idea to why this happens please tell

Do you have anything else going on? Are you montoiring temps?

You do realize that not everyone will have the same exact out come, even with identical parts. It's just not possible. Well it is, but you can't depend on what benchmarks or other users have.

Im almost sure that you have a sort of virus, download malwarebytes and remove the threats. after that reset your pc and remove all the programs that look suspesious. if that didnt work try tdsskiller from kaspersky. and if that didnt work then i would try to clean your pc from dust i hope this works
