Fps drops with dual monitors

I am currently having issues with dual monitors.

Whenever I game, especially when livestreaming my whole system bogs down. If I disconnect my second monitor these issues lighten up significantly.

Monitor 1 is 1920x1080 144hz (Dvi)
Monitor 2 is 1920x1080 60hz (HDMI)

Gpu: gtx 1070ti
Cpu: amd ryzen 2700
16gb ddr4 ram
1tb hdd

Streaming always slows your entire system. Also it may be an issue with Vsync or other stuff, try to separately set both monitors settings. Or set Vsync only on your specific game. Or turn off gsync freesync.

You will probably find that if you turn off the preview in your streaming software you'll have a much better streaming experience.
