Fps drops with i5 6400 + rx480

I have a little fps drops un some games like LOL or CSGO. My build
I5 6400
Msi z170a pro gaming
Kingston 2400 8gb savage
Asus strix 480
Wd 1tb blue
Seasonic 520w
I play at 1080p
I pass a few benchs an everything looks fine but ingame its kind anoying when it happens.
In lol sometimes drops from 140 to 90 in a teamfight o maybe just farming.

1| Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date while your motherboard BIOS is also up to date.
2| If the issue is seen on only a hand ful of titles then the issue is likely due to the game. You've spoken of what happens in LoL but you didn't mention what happens when on CSGO.
3| At 1080p you shouldn't be worried about the frame drops.

If on the stock cooler might you also want to check temps,

download hwinfo32,
install and open it,
check "sensors-only",
click "run".

Im checking with hw and i see something wrong, at idle memory clock is 1066, and by default are 2400 with xmp without 2133.

The 1066mhz needs to be x2 since ddr (double data rate) which means they are running at 2133mhz.Seeems you need to enable XMP. I don't think this wil account for the fps drops.

I check every temp in five games never pass 60° not even GPU. I dont know
