[SOLVED] FPS drops

Hello!
I have some fps drops that happen only once or twice when i play Fortnite League of Legends DMC 5... and i was wondering why
I have
Gpu: Rx 580 8gb sapphire nitro plus this one was bought used it has been used for 1 month and i tested it on furmark and right now my gpu is at 37 celsius i think thats okay
Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600x with stock speeds and stock cooler and my temps right now are 46
MB: Asus 320m k
RAM: 1x8gb 3000mhz
PSU: Thermaltake 600w
SSD:480 gb

You have to get temp and clock speed figures while the slow downs are happening. 46C seems a bit high for idle, under load it's probably getting a lot hotter.

Your 1 8GB ram stick isn't helping matters either. You probably should get another stick.

When i am gaming i get about 65C-73C on my cpu

So the temps are the problem??

What are you using to measure temps? I know technically 95C is the limit, but I personally don't like anything above 70C for my CPUs. It could still be your ram.

Well... he has a intel one i 5 9600k it isint overclocked... but also my other friend has a ryzen 5 1600 and he also has one stick of 8gb with 2666

Today i played crysis and i ALT+4 and opened Fortnite and started playing and my game froze for second or two... and i dont want to sound like an [xyz] but i just built this pc so it shouldnt happen.
i have:

Motherboard: Asus AM4 Prime A320M-K xmp enabled
RAM: 1x8gb Kinsgston HyperX Fury CL15 3000mhz
PSU: 600W Thermaltake Smart RGB 80PLUS
SSD: 480 gb Kingston A400 500/450MB/s
Case:Raidmax Neon LED 3 front fans 120mm and one back 80mm 2200rpm
OS: Windows 10 the newest version and up to date drivers
If you can help that would be great or tell me what component causes the problem.

Dual channel for ryzen is pretty much a must have. If you do upgrade ram, I recommend buying a matching kit instead of buying another single stick, even if they do match, although two matching single sticks from different kits could work fine but I wouldn’t recommend it.
Also, overclocking your CPU could help immensely, as I had some stuttering and frame drops on my 2600 non x that were completely eliminated by overclocking it to 4.1 ghz. Keep in mind your board doesnt support overclocking and it’s up to you whether or not to get a new board for overclocking. The MSI b450 tomahawk/tomahawk MAX are stellar options for their price

But i believe it isint ram. I have two reasons that i think are vaild.
1 Every game does this even the low spec ones like League of Legends even Minecraft....
2 My friend has rx 570 and ryzen 5 1600 and he has one stick of 2666mhz 8gb ram and this isint happening to him...

You are still comparing different systems though and different architectures.
1 stick of RAM with 2nd gen Ryzen just isn't a recommendation.
1st gen architecture was different and Intel is different again. So you are comparing apples with bananas and wanting the same level of comparability.

Reading your OP I straight away thought RAM. So do many others, but yeah, ask advice and then dismiss it if you like.

Ok if you want an alternative answer it could be your GPU that you bought used. Borrow your friend’s rx 570 and test for the same issue. Good luck

No, you paid 400 dollars for something that is not optimal. Big difference there.
Minecraft is a surprisingly memory hungry game for what it is.

It still could be the 73C CPU. Have you got the temps down yet?
