I don't know why but I get huge fps drops in every game I play. I have good specs, I think. My main pc has a 2060 and a 3600x. Also, my other pc which has an i7 7700 and a 1050ti gets more fps than my main pc... I don't understand! Please help.

Depending on your cooling and a lot of other factors your 3600x might only hit 3.8Ghz in games because all or most threads of your CPU will have some amount of load.
Your 7700 will hit 4.2 in games at least for the main thread even if all the CPU is hitting 100% usage.
So it is understandable that a lot of games will run faster on the i7 as long as the 1050ti doesn't cut into the FPS.

When I run games, my 3600x hits 4.2 because I have great airflow in my case and I water cool my CPU. It's even overclocked. My CPU doesn't overheat either...
