[SOLVED] fps drops

i have a pentium dual core e6600 cpu gtx 750ti gpu and 4 gb ram on win7 i experience regular fps drops in most games like gta v , battlefield 1 ,etc i know i have a poor cpu , but is there any way to reduce fps drops?

No, not without having to spend money.
Cpu has too few cores/threads - both of those games can use up to 8 threads.
System memory is too low as well - recommend 16GBs.
